Lucknow, Sep 6 (PTI) To press for the demand of a separate Bundelkhand state, Bundelkhand Mukti Morcha will kick start a mass awareness campaign in Madhya Pradesh from the first week of October.

"Mukti Morcha will start a two-week 'jan jagaran' yatra from Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh from October 2, then in November another yatra will be taken out from Chitrakoot up to Khajuraho," BMM national president Raja Bundela told PTI today.

He said in November a convention will be held in Khajuraho which will be attended by Bundelis from UP and MP.

"The morcha recently completed its two-week long awareness campaign in UP during which meetings and conventions of youths were held in Bundelkhand districts," he said.

Bundela said to associate youths with separate Bundelkhand movement, the morcha has decided to raise a Bundeli Sena.
