Samra warned the departments to complete 60% work in Bundelkhand by December 31
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Rainfed Areas Authority (NRAA), J S Samra, has expressed unhappiness over the tardy progress of projects under the centrally-assisted Bundelkhand Package and asked the state departments to “pull up their socks”.
Reviewing the progress of schemes at Jhansi on Tuesday with the state officials, Samra warned that if the departments do not complete 60 per cent of the work by December 31, the next installment of funds will not be released.
